Had to spend some time working on the track during Saturday afternoon as the weather had affected the area around home bend, the ground is very soggy here and pads have sunk. More work of a more permanant nature needs to be carried out in the near future, The track gave no running proplems today [Sunday] and we carried 55 passengers.

A better day than forcast but only 16 passengers, I know this will get better as its still only April. Bob was running his big electric but late in the day it would only run in reverse, I dont think spilling his coffee over the control box did it much good. Ron was running his Ruston and steve had a go with his big electric but didnt make a full lap as he got stuck behind Bob and had to back up, we took Bobs loco off but then rain stopped play

Very cold wind but sunshine and no rain today. It was nice to see Martin at the club having his steam tests done and running Red Rum on the track, we also had Steve giving his loco her first run this year. Poor Ron was running round on his Ruston and was frozen! we had 17 passengers today so a little better than expected,

Started off on friday with a suprize opening due to Robin wishing to run his Loco so we got him in steam and carried 38 passengers, we planned to open on Saturday Sunday and Monday so Friday was a bonus, good job to as Saturday was bitter cold and we only had 3 passengers. Sunday was better with 35. I will post for Sunday later but at the moment heavy rain is forcast.
